Goal Setting and Strategic Action for Personal and Professional Growth

This program encourages participants to move beyond wishful thinking and take intentional steps toward growth, performance, and prosperity in the year ahead.

Many individuals have goals, ideas, and aspirations they intend to pursue “someday,” yet lack the structure, accountability, or strategy to move forward. This engaging and results-focused speaking program, led by Dr. Jasmine Wise, Purpose Cultivator and Educator, equips participants with practical tools to turn vision into measurable progress.

Designed for students, emerging professionals, teams, and organizational leaders, this session combines motivation with actionable strategy. Participants will learn how to align their personal values, professional goals, and daily habits using Dr. Wise’s GOAL Setting Method and time-management strategies that support sustainable productivity and growth.

Whether participants are preparing for career transitions, leadership development, improved performance, or greater life balance, this program provides a clear framework to help them move from intention to execution.​​

Journey to Purpose

A Purpose Discovery Workshop

Program Outcomes
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Define purpose in a personal and practical way connected to their values and strengths.

  2. Recognize how their purpose influences their goals, leadership, and contributions to others.

  3. Create a personal purpose statement they can continue developing beyond the workshop.

This experience helps participants build self-awareness, confidence, and direction as they continue their academic, professional, and personal journeys.

 

Many students, professionals, and leaders want to live and work with greater clarity, direction, and meaning but are unsure how to identify their purpose or connect it to their daily lives. Journey to Purpose is an interactive workshop designed to help participants explore their values, strengths, and motivations in order to better understand their purpose and impact.

Led by Dr. Jasmine Wise, Certified Life & Purpose Coach through Transformation Academy, this workshop provides guided reflection exercises, facilitated discussion, and practical tools that support self-discovery and intentional decision-making. Participants will be encouraged to examine who they are, what matters most to them, and how their purpose connects to their academic, professional, and community roles.

This workshop is ideal for colleges, universities, leadership programs, employee development initiatives, and organizations seeking to support personal growth, engagement, and motivation.​​​

Us. I. We.

Leadership, Identity, and Organizational Impact

  1. Explain the connection between individual roles and the organization’s mission and goals.

  2. Identify leadership strengths, values, and impact within a team or organization.

  3. Apply strategies to support colleagues, strengthen collaboration, and advance the organizational mission.

 

This workshop is ideal for leadership development programs, student leadership groups, emerging leaders, employee engagement initiatives, and teams seeking to build stronger alignment and collaboration.

Strong organizations are built when individuals understand both their personal leadership identity and their connection to a shared mission. Us. I. We. is an interactive leadership development workshop designed to help participants explore how individual purpose, leadership identity, and collective responsibility work together to strengthen teams and organizations.

Through guided reflection, discussion, and practical application, participants will examine three key leadership dimensions:

  • Us: Understanding the organizational mission, shared values, and how individuals are connected to a larger purpose.

  • I: Exploring personal leadership identity who you are as a leader and how your mindset, behavior, and decisions influence the organization.

  • We: Identifying ways to support others, contribute to team success, and advance the mission collaboratively.

This workshop helps participants move beyond individual performance to understand leadership as a shared responsibility that supports culture, engagement, and organizational success.
